Where do aspiring leaders go to practice?
"The Leadership Lab."
Athletes practice on the field or in a gym. Entertainers practice in a studio. Corporate and entrepreneurial leaders practice on the job. How risky is that?
The Leadership Lab is a one- or two-day workshop without speeches or lectures. PowerPoint presentations are strictly prohibited. We do not speak to the group, we work with the group. This is experiential learning at its finest.
From a general outline of where to begin and where we wish to end, the participants, facilitated by your management team, actually create the content as the lab progresses. We coach your management team to facilitate, listen, change directions, ask questions and allow for a fluid and flexible experience that creates ownership and is guaranteed to produce breakthrough results.
