We have had many request from companies to help them create a leadership culture following our Contagious Leadership speeches and workshops. Building a leadership pipeline is crucial for the future of any business. The question has always been how we could accomplish this in a cost effective, (time and $), manner. Well, here it is, The Contagious Leaders Coaching Club™. The elements for Module 1 of this 12 month program are below for your review.
It has been scientifically proven that learning is dramatically improved when the content is delivered in short bursts that are reviewed frequently. The Contagious Leaders Coaching Club™ has incorporated a blended, multi-media approach to learning with great attention to scientific learning principles.
CLCC focuses on a single leadership habit each month. The content is delivered in short, 10-20 minute chunks using various formats to engage participants and maintain high levels of learning while maximizing time efficiency. You are welcome to review the components of Module 1, Who is a Contagious Leader, presented below.
Your employees will be welcomed into the Contagious Leaders Coaching Club™ with the following video.
Each month
The Contagious Leaders Coaching Club™
will deliver 4-5 elements of 10-20 minutes which will cover
key leadership habits. This ongoing leadership conversation will develop
your employees leadership talents. The Module 1
is
introduced during the following 8 minute video that provides the
framework for the program and makes the distinction between
Contagious and Contained Leadership.
Contagious Leaders are effective and admired,
Contained Leaders are not.
Contagious Leaders are effective and admired, Contained Leaders are not.
To support the video for Module 1, we included a short article on the
9 Habits of a Contagious Leader.

Each Module will include a CLCC Companion Guide to help participants focus on the specific contagious leadership habit covered during that month. The Companion Guide will include various exercises to help punctuate the learning process. A DRAFT Companion Guide from Module 1 can be viewed by clicking the Preview Module 1 Companion Guide. (Approximate time allotment, 12 minutes)
From time to time we will interview outside experts in the
habit
being studied during a month. This allows us to
broaden
the
learning experience for all the participants. Below is an 11 minute video
segment from an interview
with John Assaraf, one of the leading
entrepreneurs and mind-set experts in the world.
We know the participants will have questions.
All they have to do is email them to
questions@contagiousleaders.com and we'll
respond
with an audio of the answers.
Every
participant will then be able to download the audio.
There were four questions submitted
for this sample recording. They were:
1. My company keeps changing priorities.
I do not know what is important or
what I should be working on.
How do I handle this?
2. My boss is a jerk, what can I do?
3. My company is micro-managing everything and everyone.
I do not want to negatively impact my team by doing the same thing.
How do I avoid micro-managing while I am surrounded by
micro-managers?
4. I will be leaving my job and the company as soon as the economy
improves.
Should I bother learning about this Contagious Leadership?
