The Contagious Leaders Coaching Club™ is a series of monthly online leadership development installments using the habits and principles in our book Creating Contagious Leadership. Each month the program will isolate one key leadership habit and deliver, via multi-media, interactive content and exercises for in-depth learning. This form of blended learning allows for a fluid and flexible experience that creates ownership and is guaranteed to produce breakthrough results. Some of the Contagious Leadership topics will include:
Making the Decision to be a Contagious Leader, not a Contained Leader
Spotlighting—the habit of focusing attention, directly or indirectly, on the efforts and accomplishments of another person or group

Contagious Leaders Conference Calls will give participants an opportunity to either email questions or call the conference line and ask John Hersey and/or Beverly Belury for a more in-depth explanation of the habit. This also gives participants an opportunity to hear John and/or Beverly’s answers to other participant questions, thereby deepening their overall learning and leadership development.
Experts will be invited to discuss these leadership habits. This ensures the participants will be exposed to a broad spectrum of leadership thinking.
Before moving on to another module each participant will complete a review of the topic and submit a short feedback form.
1 day per month a line will be open just for calls, on a first come first serve basis, for one-on-one leadership coaching.
When appropriate, bonus material such as articles, reports, tip sheets, additional videos and audios will be presented to aid in the integration of the habit into the participant’s life.
