WAITING!
It is the worlds biggest leadership challenge. Everyone appears to be waiting for someone else to do the things we all know need doing. We don’t get to have it both ways, blaming and criticizing others for not leading while we sit on the sidelines ourselves. Here are three tips for breaking through the Waiting Epidemic.

3 Tips:

1. Make a list of things that need “doing” in your job, department, family or town
2. Go back and insert under each item on your list a minimum of three (3) things you could do to get this item accomplished.
3. Pick one item and get going!

Others will join you, add to your energy and creativity and the project will be accomplished in no time and with more innovation and fun than you could imagine.
