  1. Stop Micro-Managing
  2. Start Recognizing Your Team Members
  3. Have Some Fun
  4. Learn Something New, (not indistry or profession related)
  5. Participate Actively in Social Media (Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn at a minimum)
