Great message John. I really liked the Ballroom Dancing Analogy. Too often we send our partners and employees spinning off in the wrong direction.
John: I was about to watch and listen to your newest video blog on contagious leadership when I decided to review some of the prior lessons. I came across this one that I must have missed originally on CLARITY and I was again very impressed with the message. I immediately took stock and began writing out some current objectives personal and professional. I desire to be fair and clear with those I interact with and efficient in obtaining results. I realized that I cannot be as successful as a leader if I do not effectively communicate and lead others. Efficient progress toward success requires CLARITY. I may have the best ideas but if I do not communicate effectively I will not be efficient in reaching those goals. I respect the efforts of other far to much and will work harder to ensure we are all in ALIGNMENT with one another as we pursue our common objectives. – Thanks again for sharing these tremendous nuggets on leadership. You are making an impact on me which I will work hard to transfer the benefits to many others. – Mayor Jay Schlum.
