As many of you know, we just concluded our Annual Conference in Phoenix, where we had a keynote speaker cancel within 24 hours of his speech. We contacted the Phoenix Speakers Bureau and contracted directly with John Hersey to step in. He delivered his “Contagious Leadership” speech and I would recommend him highly if you need a speaker – or if you ever find yourself in the position we did with a cancellation. His speech is very appropriate for bankers (he does a tremendous amount of consulting with banks) and understands the culture very well. Wells Fargo Case History
This region of Wells Fargo Home Mortgage was ranked #22 of 28 regions in the U.S. by the company metrics. Following a keynote speech on Creating Contagious Leadership we were asked to put together a program to help the region improve. During the 18 month program we created and produced a “Conversations on Contagious leadership “ CD for every person in the region every other month. We coache4d the top 8 leaders in the region, delivered keynote speeches and workshops at sales rally’s and area manager meetings.
Within 12 months the region was ranked #2 in the country. Following a 4 month hiatus, the program was continued and the region achieved #1 ranking in 3 months and held that position for 3 years.
